Essex County
Rutgers Master Gardeners

Rutgers Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who assist Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES) Cooperative Extension in its mission to deliver horticulture programs and information to the general public. Anyone with an interest in gardening and a commitment to volunteer service can become a Rutgers Master Gardener. No previous education or training in horticulture is required and to learn more please click here.

Rutgers Master Gardeners of Essex County are trained volunteers providing horticultural services throughout the county.  To learn more about their exceptional service in the community, please click here.

We are exceptionally grateful for the donation of their generous time and talent. Please enjoy the photos that capture the true spirit in which they serve through Essex County Branch Brook Park.
