10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Join us for a Free Community Art Project featuring marbling effects on paper during our annual festival. Guests can drop in at any time to receive a brief tutorial and create their own artwork inspired by Newark's many bodies of water. Once finished, your artwork will dry on a clothesline, forming a vibrant, flowing display. After it dries, you can take your masterpiece home as a keepsake from this free creative community experience!

We invite you to participate in our Life-Sized Community Painting project! This collaborative experience encourages everyone, regardless of skill level, to contribute to the creation of a unique masterpiece. Together, we’ll paint on a large canvas, with each participant adding their own creative touch. Whether through bold strokes, delicate details, or vibrant colors, your contribution will help build a dynamic, collective work of art that reflects the spirit of our community.
