I understand if selected...
(1) Your vendor fee must be submitted online through the Branch Brook Park Alliance website. If a fee applies, it would be $25.
(2) If serving food, you must provide Branch Brook Park Alliance with a valid health department certificate via email one week in advance of arrival. 
(3) If applicable, you must obtain and show evidence of the appropriate business license and sales tax as required by Federal and local law. 
(4) You will receive further information regarding the vendor contract, if accepted. 

Schedule of Events

  • 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM - Vendor Set Up
  • 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Wellness Activations 
  • 11:00 AM: Art, Artisan & Wellness Fest w. Music
    • Artists and Artisans will show their works and sell their products.  
    • Healthcare Organizations will provide free wellness testing and resources.
    • Food Truck will be onsite selling food.
  • ​5:00 PM: Event Ends

Event Vendor FAQ's

Event Basics
  • Event Time: 10 AM to 5 PM
  • Location: Essex County Branch Brook Park in Prudential Concert Grove (outdoors)
  • 2025 is our 5th year hosting the event in October 
  • On average 800+ attendees are confirmed via advance registrations
Setup & Breakdown
  • Vendor check-in time 9:00 AM
  • Setup window is 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, all vehicles must be out of the event space by 10:30 AM
  • Breakdown time is 5 PM and early breakdown is not allowed
Booth & Space Details
  • Dimensions of vendor space is standard 10 ft. x 10 ft. 
  • Tent, table, chairs, and electricity are not provided. We suggest you bring at least a table and chair. If you want to donate an additional amount to have us order a table and chair to be delivered, please let us know.
​Fees & Payment
  • Vendor fee amount is $25 and is due online within 72 hours or your approval via email. 
  • Payment methods (virtual check, PayPal, Venmo, credit card, etc.) - all methods are done online (click here)
  • Refund policy - we do not offer refunds if your plans change. 
Permits & Insurance
  • Food vendors: health permits and fire extinguisher requirement
  • General liability insurance requirement for all food and beverage vendors
  • Alcohol is not allowed at the event nor anywhere in Essex County Branch Brook Park 
  • THC is not permitted to be sold at this event
Day-of Logistics
  • Vendor parking is on Branch Brook Park Drive, a section will be reserved for vendors. 
  • Access to restrooms and water
  • Trash expectations must be managed by you - what you bring, you must take with you
Marketing & Promotion
  • Vendors will be promoted via the event website and social media our handle on all channels is @branchbrookpark
  • Please email us graphics/logos to share with promotions via info@branchbrookpark.org 
Rules & Restrictions
  • Sound/music restrictions - only music from the live performances and DJ are permitted 
  • Park rules: no vehicles on grass​
